Customer Audit 97,6%
During Q2 2015, one of our multinational customers, a producer of high-end paints and lacquers, performed an audit within envases.
The quality assurance, based upon ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, was checked. Although the latter is made up for food packaging, the way of identifying risks is also relevant for customers in other businesses.
With proud, we can announce that the quality systems of envases Halsteren were rewarded with an audit score of 97.6%. The findings and comments from this audit will be the base for future improvements.
