New welder for pails
September last year we started with the installation of the new Canman body welder for one of our metal packaging production lines.
The machine is equipped with the latest features and technologies. The set-up time of the machine has been reduced significantly. The quality of every single weld is monitored by the qualimaker system to ensure a constant supply of welded bodies to the assembling line.
Working with this machine has been a change for the whole pail production team. But after intensive training and getting experienced with the new technologies the 1.000.000th welded body was produced by the team end of November. Producing our metal packagings has become more reliable ever since.
